8 Tips for Glowing Skin

#1 - Stay Hydrated and Eat a Healthy Diet
This is probably the first and most important thing you can do for your bod and skin. When your grandmother said "you are what you eat", she was right. So drink at least 8 glasses of water each day, eat a healthy diet full of fruits and vegetables, nuts and healthy grains as well as lean protein. Limit your sugar, alcohol and carbs.
